Christmas theater of the 2nd classes: Christmas of the animals
The Christmas play “Christmas of the Animals” tells the story of a farm where cows, sheep, goats, chickens, geese, dogs and cats want to celebrate Christmas with the humans. Enthusiastic about the idea of the festival of love, the animals plan to join in the festivities. But the harmony is disrupted when they learn that a goose is to be slaughtered for Christmas dinner. Horrified, the animals decide to flee the farm together to save the feast in their own way.
The play was performed by the talented pupils in Year 2, whose enthusiasm and commitment brought the message of community and compassion to the stage in an impressive way. Will the animals find a way to celebrate Christmas without drama? An adventure full of surprises awaited the audience – and in the end, a celebration that truly warmed everyone’s heart shone through.
