iDSB successfully participates in the “Woche für Deutsch”

Once again this year, the iDSB took part in the nationwide ‘Woche für Deutsch’, which took place throughout Belgium with the aim of promoting the German language and emphasising its attractiveness in Belgium. The opening event at the German Embassy was a particular highlight, where the well-known slam poet Bas Böttcher mesmerised the audience with his impressive word acrobatics.
In keeping with the week, the iDSB once again offered interested German teachers and groups of pupils the opportunity to get to know school life at our school during a taster day. During the week, we were able to welcome groups of students from the British School Brussels on two days.
The ‘Woche für Deutsch’ is an opportunity to awaken enthusiasm for the German language and to promote exchange between schools – a commitment that IDSB continues to support with great pleasure.
