iDSB School Olympics 2024: Enthusiasm and team spirit

The iDSB Schoolympics took place on 10 July 2024 – shortly before the start of the Olympic Games in Paris on 27 June, the iDSB pupils laced up their sports shoes and showed off their skills in various disciplines: rope skipping, slalom run, sprint relay, bucket ball, group long jump… Young and old, everyone did their best! But above all, they had a lot of fun.

After a ceremonial entry of the national teams, Mr Eckart Blaurock, Permanent Representative of the Head of the Embassy, opened the iDSB Schoolympics with an inspiring speech. The Olympic torch was then lit and the competitions began.
