Focus on international education: iDSB impresses in TV report

On 15 November 2023, Belgium’s oldest international school opened its doors to a film crew from the Flemish TV channel Kanaal Z. The result was a 1.5-minute TV report that put iDSB in the spotlight as the oldest public school in Belgium in the programme “City Reports”.

Petra van den Beukel, in her role as Head of Administration, and Matthias Verdoodt, as Head of Lower School, stood in front of the camera to give an insight into the iDSB. Van den Beukel emphasised the excellent education based on German curricula and the internationality, while Verdoodt explained the difference to the Belgian school system and emphasised the diversity of the school education.
