International History Bee & Bowl of Benelux – Coming to iDSB!

We are excited to announce that the International History Bee and Bowl of Benelux will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the International German School of Brussels. This is the first-ever edition of the competition in a Benelux country, bringing an exciting, buzzer-based history tournament to students from all school backgrounds.

This tournament, conducted entirely in English, is a fantastic opportunity for students to expand their horizons, challenge themselves academically, connect with like-minded peers and truly embrace the meaning of “international”. Open to students of all skill levels from any school, the competition encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation of history. Top performers will also have the chance to qualify for the European Championships in Vienna and the prestigious International History Olympiad in Paris.

This exciting event is being presented by International Academic Competitions, an organisation that offers students worldwide the chance to compete in exciting academic tournaments, founded in 2010 by Jeopardy! champion David Madden.
